How do I make a "burger" style menu tab for my home page?

So I'm trying to streamline my website by creating a burger menu or pull down menu on the home page. a sort of all in one button where when it's clicked on you get the option of "about me" or "services offered". So far im only finding the one "button" option and it doesnt seem to have any effect on the mobile edits even. Thank you in advance for your help and input!

I'm having the same issue and wish to add a dropdown or burger tab to my main page as well. There is a burger dropdown displayed on the mobile version of my site, but I cannot work out how to add the navigation tab to my desktop version.
