Wrong date format in contact block after translating site to German

Hello Support Team,

I think this is huge bug, or I messed up something. Please access my site with password: "test"

My Journey. I tried to change the contact form on the landingpage for Name, Email and Birthdate from german into english. On the FAQ its written that if I change the language of site to english it will also change the formulars. FAIL, did not happen. I even changed the regional settings. 

Then I changed my whole account into english language, and I was able to add the formular in english language. Why is that? But anyway, of course it is still bugged.

Please see screenshot. The preview digits inside the datebox are still in german, as well the clear button. I'm very frustrated about it. Can somebody please guide me what to do in this case.

it is beyond my understanding how easy stuff like this can be so bugged. For your Information, I have no CSS or Code Injections running...
