Where is "You have nothing in your shopping cart." text in Global Text Styles?

I'm sure this can be fixed with code, but I'd love to understand where I change the font size for this text on the cart page: "You have nothing in your shopping cart." I know it's in Global Text Styles, but I'm not sure which element it falls under.

Although it uses P2 (medium paragraph), the settings are specific to this message and, as far as I know, you can't change them via the Site Styles.

However, you can add some CSS to Design > Custom CSS to change it, by targeting the empty-message class. I've shown it below with the default settings:

 .empty-message {
    color: inherit;
    font-family: inherit;
    font-size: 16px;
    line-height: 22px;
}
