Is it possible to offer free shipping for the first order?

Hello! I've been googling and searching the forum, but I can't find anything to set a conditional free shipping option for first-time ordering customers.

I think I need to set up a membership so Squarespace knows which users to offer free shipping to. However, I cannot find any information on this.
