Incorrect Date Posted with Blog

Hello,

I just made my first blog post today (May 16, 2023) and the blog is posting with the incorrect date. I am not sure why that is happening or how I fix this myself. I would appreciate any help. Maybe I am looking something over. All I want to do is make it say the correct date for when I post.

Did you perhaps edit a sample blog post, where the date had already been set?

You can change the date of your post as follows:

  1. Open the blog page in the PAGES panel
  2. You should see three dots beside each post
  3. Click the dots and then SETTINGS
  4. Click Options
  5. Click Status   Published >
  6. Change the date using the datepicker and then save your settings.

As I was laying down trying to understand, my brain made the connection that I did in fact edit the sample. Also, thank you for showing me this as well because this is very helpful itself!

Believe it or not, there isn't such a feature! Please see my earlier response here:
