Creating Dropdown Menu with Links to specific page sections

I am currently building this non-profit website. On page "About Us", I want to convert that link to a dropdown with links that would link to specific sections of the "About Us" page. Currently, I display 3 sections: Judges, Staff and Committee. I would like to somehow give the website user the ability to dropdown via the "About Us" link above on the menu with the three options. Upon clicking on the specific link/option, the link would jump to that section of the page. Any guidance is appreciated.

You need to add a folder to your main navigation and add links to that folder using anchor links. You can do this in the Pages menu.
