Different shipping option within variations

I sell art prints of different sizes per print. So within variations I have set different print sizes. 2 of the larger size prints require being packaged and sent via cardboard tubes rather than hard backed envelope, so this changes the cost of shipping. Is there any way to add a higher flat fee for just 2 of the variation sizes?

If you are using weight/size dependent shipping, have you set the dimensions and weight of each variant?
