Fundraising Events with printable tickets

Hi, I am creating my first event which is a Golf Tournament for a ministry. They are selling two tickets. An Individual Ticket for 170.00 and a Foursome Ticket for 680.00. I need to be able to provide a printable/downloadable ticket to the purchaser, but also a record with names of players from the tickets to the ministry admin. 

Do I do this as products with downloadable pdf? Is there a way for the purchaser to type in their names for recordkeeping? do I do this through the Paypal button creation or here on SS?
