Replace strikethrough with highlight in navigation menu

Hi - I'd like to remove the strikethrough (pictured) that appears on both desktop and mobile, and replace it with a colour highlight, so the menu item that is currently selected is #56737.

Is there a simple way to do this?

Add to Design > Custom CSS

div.header-menu-nav-item--active .header-menu-nav-item-content {
    background-image: None !important;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #56737d !important;
    line-height: 30px;
}
