Adding the date of an update automatically

Recommended Posts

In the footer of my page, I have the comment: Last updated and © : June 2023.

I have to remember to change the date when I make a change to the website. Is there a way to include the current date automatically when a page change is saved?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

You can get the site last update timestamp using

Thank you for answering my query and sorry for the delay in replying. Unfortunately my knowledge of this is non-existent and I'm afraid that I have no idea how to incorporate this into my website to display a date. If you are able to expand on what I need to do, I'd appreciate it.
