floating buttons not working

Hi i am looking for some help.  I am using the below copied from this thread but the links are not active and do not show up on mobile. Their singular button option does show up on mobile but I'm not understanding why this multi-button option does not.

Single and multiple button options both do not seem to be actively linking either.

Can someone please help?

I don't see this code. Can you add it? Or if you added it, can you take a screenshot of these buttons?

My buttons aren't working either! I'm out of work and REALLY need them to, as recruiters have to see my portfolio!

Which code did you add? Can you take a screenshot?
