Why is my webpage password protected when I type in the url?

Hi, I just set up my new page and transferred my domain to Squarespace. But when I enter my url it comes up with a password protect. I can unlock it with my squarespace password, but my customers won't be able to get in.

Thanks,

Tooth

You should be able to remove a site wide password if you have a paid plan:

If you're typing in your domain with /config at the end, or your browser remembers the domain as site you are logged in to, then this won't be an issue for your customers.

Can you provide your website URL / domain so that I can see for myself what's going on?
