Scheduling - remove class dates and times on booking page

Hi ,

I'm just looking for some help regarding simplifying the booking part of the scheduling.

Currently it shows the dates and classes when booking. For us the language is confusing, we want to remove classes and replace with days. If this is not possible is there any way we can remove the whole section that I've highlighted in the attached image.
