Set a pop up on the shipping page?

Hi all,

I am looking for a solution to the inability to set a pop up on the checkout page. I need a pop up to grab my customers attention so they know the risk of not choosing insurance on their package. The shipping policy page is not apparent enough.

Any ideas?

It is not possible to add a pop-up at the checkout stage. This page is completely locked down if you would like the customer to acknowledge the risk of not choosing insurance, the only way to do this is by using a custom checkout form.
