Add Zip Code Search Function for Finding Local Rep

Hello! 

I have a client that would like to add a function for a buyer/customer to input their zip code in a search bar and it connects them to their local rep. 

Zip codes, territories and reps change often so just curious about what solution would be easy to maintain and update! 

DataTables looks interesting. If the data set is large DT might not be a good solution.
