Why are the arrows from my Summary - Carousel gone?

Hi! I just migrated my client's old Squarespace 7.0 to 7.1. One thing I noticed is that the arrows from Summary Block - Carousel are gone specifically under "Basic Packages" 😞

I see you are using this CSS code, it made arrows disappear

.summary-block-header {
    display: none;
}

Just remove it, arrows will appear
