How do I get rid of this informational bar?

It seems that I can't find how to remove an information bar on the website at the top. It allows me to click on it which takes me to a different part of my site that no longer exists.  I've looked everywhere and cannot find how to remove this outdate link.  Any ideas?

Take a look in Marketing > Announcement Bar. You should be able to disable it there.
