Hover to text reveals addition text context effect

Hello all,

I was wondering if its possible to make an effect similar to one I found recently. If you visit pentagram.com and scroll a bit down you will find their projects. If you hover over their projects' images you will find out that the text underneath reveals more context. For example if you hover to their latest project image with the text description "Milly" after you hover to that image the text changes to "Identity and packaging design for Michelle Smith's label".

Is there any way to achieve that effect?
