Form post submit scrolling beyond message

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I have forms and newsletter blocks on my site. After submitting a newsletter block, the page stays static as the post-submit message appears. However when a user submits a form, the page scrolls down hiding the top of the post-submit message. How can I prevent that scroll so that the page stays static after submit like it does with a newsletter block?

Page with newsletter blocks and desired post-submit: https://andasanas.com/home-new (pw: 140ann)
Page with form block and undesired post-submit: https://andasanas.com/contact (pw: 140ann)

Thank you!

Try change to 300px

Hi @tuanphan, while this does add space above the text, what I'm hoping to prevent is the scroll of the page. The desired behaviour occurs on the newsletter sign ups (https://andasanas.com/home-new) pw: 140ann

After submitting, the page does not move. However with the forms, the page scrolls. Another page example of the post submit behaviour on a form is https://andasanas.com/sponsored-pass pw: 140ann

Thank you!

A bit late on this topic...

But I am experiencing a similar thing on many of my sites. I've flagged with SS Customer Care and they've said"

I can confirm this is a bug we're experiencing on our end. I'll make sure to flag this site as affected by the issue.

So hopefully it's resolved soon, but perhaps chatting with Support so they can flag your site?

Anyone know if this bug has been fixed? I'm also experiencing the issue where after the user submits the form, they're met with a large blank white section and must scroll up to see any content such as the "Thank you for submitting!" message.
