What happens if you remove the Custom CSS? Have you changed anything in the site styles since you last checked the form? Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. Cheers! Bartwillis.com/contact I did not use a custom CSS, it is just a part of the style pack provided by Squarespace. Link to comment

As @Ziggy mentioned, Squarespace engineers are currently rolling out a new Form Block to improve internationalisation. There was a bug with this new Form Block that caused labels on lightbox forms to appear as white text on white background. Obviously not helpful 🙃. The team have just reported that this issue is fixed so, if you are still experiencing issues, please report it to Squarespace Customer Care directly and share details here. Did this help?
