Why has my text disappeared?

Without making any changes, Squarespace is no longer showing the text within a form. 

Does anybody know why this happens, or how to fix it?

Can you share your website URL and this page?

Am I right in guessing you have Custom CSS to color the text? What happens if you remove the Custom CSS? Have you changed anything in the site styles since you last checked the form?

I did not use a custom CSS, it is just a part of the style pack provided by Squarespace.

Strange, Squarespace are rolling out an update to the form block, if I was you I would talk to Squarespace Support and report this to them:

As @Ziggy mentioned, Squarespace engineers are currently rolling out a new Form Block to improve internationalisation. There was a bug with this new Form Block that caused labels on lightbox forms to appear as white text on white background. Obviously not helpful 🙃.

The team have just reported that this issue is fixed so, if you are still experiencing issues, please report it to Squarespace Customer Care directly and share details here.
