google domain resold- help - cannot access gmail

Hi all,

I have had some minor issues in the past with Sspace and Google however this recent one is stopping us from working

We have Sspace and Google workspace as a package and pay for this service.

Recently we have been logged out of Google completely and have no way to access emails or any other Google service

We find a page saying "Domain resold" contact seller.

How is this possible ? SSpace have not helped us with this.

 Google tell us to talk to Sspace.

Has anyone had issue with this and can help? Anyone have any recommendations at all?

Squarespace are just a reseller for Google Workspace, you can manage the payment through them but the rest is Google. 

Is your website working?

Apart from being logged out, what is the error with logging back in?

All payments were DD from bank acc. And squarespace offered this as part of the package

Website working from as normal and to edit when logged in to Sspace.

ITs only logged out of the Google workspace. Thats the issue

Password reset or account recovery not working? What can you access/change from the Squarespace account?

As the attachment shows there is no page available except stating that domain resold!

Further - if changing any password in Sspace there would be no impact to the Google workspace password as they are seperate things

Same issue. I can't seem to even reset the password. Google says contact Square Space. I paid upfront through Squarespace for the yearly plan so it is not a payment issue. Any luck figuring out a solution?

I have contacted support but still waiting for a reply.

@abdinac @CCulvert When you purchase Google Workspace through a reseller like Squarespace, your support is provided by the reseller, not Google. 

You can reset the password of your Google Workspace Administrator account directly from Squarespace. To do this:

1. Log on to your Squarespace website
2. Go to Settings > Google Workspace
3. In the right pane, click the three dots next to the Administrator account name
4. Click RESET PASSWORD (see screenshot below)

Once you can log on to your Google Workspace Administrator account, you make further changes by logging into your Google Workspace Dashboard using this username and password.
