Code to move/change color of header and menu list

Hi! How do I change the header to look like this and how do I overlay text onto the photo on the right? Here’s an exact photo of what I’m trying to achieve, I made it on procreate. I’m a first timer here 😂. So far I’ve been able to find the code to split the layout so I’ve already got the photo on the right.

This doesn't look like a header that you would want on every page. My suggestion would be that you design a standard header for most pages and use code to hide it on this page, then build your design as a section using a text block on the left for the navigation links, an image on the right and a text block over the image.

Code for hiding the header has been discussed a fair few times on the forum, relatively straightforward if you have access to the page ID, there are loads of guides available, like this one:
