NatalieWebsiteMaker
Hi all. I have custom CSS on the website, and apparently this is the issue for my background image on a page not displaying properly. Are there any CSS wizards who might be able to help please? When I edit the page it looks great, when i save and exit it jumps back to to a zoomed in version. Why is this happening and what code do I need to remove to stop it?! Thanks :) Link to comment
Ziggy
Have you tried moving the focal point to the very top of the image? Honestly what you need is more space above the subject in the image since the navigation will cover the top part of the background image. Making the navigation a little more compact could also help. tuanphan 1 Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. Cheers! NatalieWebsiteMaker
Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately it's not that - tried and tested multiple times and with different size ratios too. Squarespace says it is an error from the custom code. Link to comment
Ziggy
I don't think it has anything to do with custom CSS, it's that the relatively tall head is covering the background image. Do you have any background image effects? Can you share your website URL? Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. Cheers!
