Hover to show text

Hi there! I have a design student who wants to add a hover affect on her case studies. For example, the default mode would be the image, and when the user hovers over the image, it would display the name, and description of the case study.

We would like to avoid having to re-create all the case studies into Blog Posts. We know that if they were blog posts this would be embedded into the cover/thumbnail 😉
