I need to move the next/prev arrows outside of every picture in every slideshow on a site

My client wants the next/prev buttons to not be on top of the pictures, but outside of them. Do you have custom code for this?

That code is not desktop specific, it works on desktop and mobile.

Thanks Ziggy.  It does work, although it was originally too close to the side borders of the iPhone 13.  I changed the left/right to 38px instead and it works better for me when I hold it vertically. Thoughts?
