Can't edit banner on top of page

Hi,

just started working with this client and I can't seem to get into this scrolling banner at the top of the home page to edit the content.

Might be an old template? If so how do I edit the banner?

Developer mode is on so I can't see what template it is.

Any ideas? Help?

Top Banner is Gallery Block, you should able to edit Homepage > Edit Gallery Block

Thats what I thought but when I go to edit the page, i don't have the option to edit that block.

I can edit everything else.

I feel stupid like there's something obvious I'm missing, but I've never had this problem....

Try remove this code from CSS box & check again

#promotedGalleryWrapper .color-overlay,.promoted-gallery-wrapper .color-overlay,.banner-thumbnail-wrapper .color-overlay,.sqs-featured-posts-gallery .color-overlay {
    z-index: 0
}
