Resizing logo image, logo height slider not working

Hi, Hope someone will be able to help me with this.

I uploaded my own logo image, and want it bigger, I used the squaresapce official advice for Adding A Logo, but it didn't work. I have tried changing the logo height, but it didnt change the size. 

Wondering if anyone knows how to fix this.
