Monthly member area and limited purchase of discounted items per subscription period

Hello, 

I am trying to set up an eCommerce/Members area site.  The idea is that when someone signs up for a reoccurring membership for $XX.XX they can select up 3 items from the members only catalog of products for purchase at a whatever the membership rate is (i.e. up to 3 items a monthly for a flat rate + free shipping).  Visitors who do not have a membership can only purchase from a subset of products (contained on another page) from the members only catalog at a non-discounted rate.

My question is:

1.  Does Squarespace allow for one to set a price for a product based on paid member/non-member designation or is there a workaround to achieve this indirectly?
2. Is there a way to limit the number of items purchased for paid-members? From above, you can only purchase up to 3 items for the flat rate (i.e. the credit for that month only covers 3 items). If a member wanted to purchase more items in the same order or make another order in the same month, anything over 3 items - would be charged as full price + shipping.

No, but you can offer a discount code to members.
