In order to do this - Do I need to disable the parent announcement bar in the marketing tab? If someone could help with the code for separate announcement bars along with an anchor to direct the announcement bar to the different portion of the site. - I originally did the with the parent announcement bar/ and added the #anchor block/and #anchor to the clickthrough section.
