Problem with my anchor links to jump down to the same page

Hey guys. I created anchor links on title text to jump down to a paragraph in the same page (blog post). After selecting the text, I created the link (domain/page slug/blog post/#specific-name). Then by clicking on the title it jumps down to the place that I want. However, one second later it jumps up back to the previous place!

Is there anyone to help me with this issue? I'm struggling with it for days. Thanks in Advance.
