Cannot connect to client's instagram feed

My client requested the Follow My Journey section on her website, but I'm having trouble connecting to her feed. The instagram icon links just fine, but the instagram block is not populating. I keep getting this error (see attached). Also, I had her change her off-Facebook activity to on, but even after 24 hours it didn't help. Anyone else have this issue?
