How to change the "who" for Google Calendar Scheduling E-mail

Hello,

I am having trouble finding where I can change the Organizer and the Invitees when an automated e-mail gets sent out for an appointment. I've attached the issue that I'm experiencing. 

I had assumed it would be under Email Settings, but I am unable to locate where I can make the updates. If anyone has any insights, I would greatly appreciate it! 

Following, because I would love to know as well! I have not been able to fix this either. It would also be great to be able to see participants, as we can't see that either.
