Create Form Template

I'd like to create a custom form template I can then use on multiple pages.

Can you save a form to use it again?

Got it finally, you can save the section by clicking the heart icon and reusing the section, in my case the section containing the form and use it on another page.

You add a blank page in the unlinked section on your site and add a form block to it. Design the form the way you want it. Leave the page in the unlinked section. When you want to use the form on another page, hover over your "template" and hit command c, then go to the section you want the form and hit control V, and there it is.

This works for any type of block except a Squarespace demo image block. The block copies but not the image in it. 

okay. Yeah, I just created a section with a form that I wanted and then just clicked the heart next to the site section, this saves the section. Now when I go to ad a new section that I want that form in I create the section and select saved section top of page selection and from all the saved sections I can pick the one I want it it will insert it.
