Change background color of single text section in a blog

hi! How do I take a section of text in a blog and change the background color in the a blog post? As example, in the picture below that says "Training Programs" I want the paragraph under the header "Leading indicators in sales metrics are..." to be a different color, so as to differentiate it from the body text, like the example from another website below.
