Email transfer

Hello, 

I transferred a domain from Ionos to Squarespace, and the original email linked to that domain is not working anymore.

I tried to recreate it on Squarespace but I receive this message:

Your Google Workspace registration couldn't be completed. If your payment method was charged, you'll be refunded. Try registering again. If the problem persists, contact us.
