TeamADW
We are in need of a way to offer specific pricing to a handful of customers. Currently, we handle this with direct quotes, but would like to have dealers able to log in to the same products, but have their own pricing. How do we do this? Do I setup a membership area? Will that show dedicated pricing or will we have to create a duplicate store? Link to comment

How do we do this? If the dealer prices have a fixed percentage off, you could provide them with a discount code that applies this discount at the checkout, and you could write some code to display the lower prices to this audience. If the price difference varies from product to product, you'll need to duplicate the products and add them to a protected Store page, where you'll need to manage inventory separately or use a third party service (like Trunk) to sync stock levels. TeamADW
Yes, the pricing differs from part to part. Ive tried setting up multiple stores on our page before with little luck in the past. I just want to be able to set a price for the public, and a seperate one for those who are logged in. I figure that would be the benefit of using logins, storing payment options, and the like. But it still seems that this feature is missing. Is there a better plugin for Squarespace sites that can handle this, without me having yet another fee and a software to manage? Link to comment

Squarespace does not have a wholesale option, so you would be limited to one of the workarounds above. It is a platform limitation, so a plugin will not help. About: SQSP User for 17 yrs.
