Specific Customer Pricing?

Hello, im new to all this so mind my little knowledge, but I am opening a printing service website. Every order has its different pricing because of a lot of different variables for example paper texture, quantity etc... Is there a way a customer can still pay threw the website after I tell him the pricing? If so how would I achieve this?

If not does anyone know of other ways I could achieve this ?
