Carousel Button Shifting when Clicking Through Carousel

Why is my carousel button shifting when I click through the carousel?

I have 5 content items and on the second click when scrolling right on the carousel the button shifts up about 20px. When I scroll back to the left it does not shift again. But repeats on page load. 

My site is https://www.revyre.com/, 'Our Services' carousel on the homepage.

Try adding this to Design > Custom CSS then check again

.user-items-list[data-layout-width="inset"] .list-section-button-container {
    margin-top: 0 !important;
}

I tried it out but still having the issue. I duplicated the site so I could remove the other custom CSS but the issue still persists.

Any other ideas?
