arrow position question

i would like to move the arrows on this carousel for mobile to the sides of the pictures or the box - it doesnt work for the viewer to have to scroll down to navigate then go up to read- its fine on desktop. Can you help? Do i need code? if so where do i put it? thanks in advance! picture shows arrows at bottom

Add to Design > Custom CSS
