Adding a signature block into the forms

Is it possible to add a signature box to a form? I have New client forms that need a signature at the end.

I don’t know if just typing typing your full name/date is a good substitute as an actual signature (not a lawyer obviously). 

But I have a form that needs to be filled out. The normal method would be print it out/sign it/ and then email it back. 

The forms option would cut down so much paperwork I just can’t figure out a way to add in a signature box. Is this possible? 

Or is there some other way to do this with a 3rd party app and you add it in with a block. The submit button that sends it to the email was perfect on the forms and keeps it simple.
