chrislongprints Posted April 7, 2023 Share Posted April 7, 2023 Hi, I have read that I need a privacy policy when data is being collected on my site, i.e. when people buy from me (I'm not sure where the data goes). I have done a test order and I see I am collecting email address, phone number, postal address. But Stripe collects the transaction data? Is that all the data that is collected? There is then the option for payment details to be saved. I literally have no idea where to start with a privacy policy for this. Is there a generic shop policy? What's more, I go to other artist shops and I don't see a privacy policy, or a terms and conditions document (not legal I know) etc Help please thanks Chris Link to comment
