Having trouble accessing paid features after upgrading to growing plan

Hey, I apologize if my question is answered somewhere else or seems obvious. I am not very tech savvy and am really struggling here. I am building a page for my massage therapy business and I just upgraded to the 'growing' plan so I can access sms reminders of appointments for both myself and my clients. unfortunately when I try to enable that feature it is still telling me I need to upgrade to the growing plan. Am I doing something wrong? Does it take awhile for the site to realize I should have access to that feature now? Or is it another $372 USD I have to pay?
