Error When Embedding Customer Portal

I am trying to embed a customer portal into my new site and I get this error.  If I use the embed code on a completely different platform it works.  Does anyone know why I would be getting this error?  The company that supplies the embed code did testing on their end and couldn't find any issues and I'm running out of ideas.  Thanks
