Custom Code - Smoobu booking tool

Hi, I'm trying to resolve an issue with this code provided by Smoobu.

I've tried inputting this code using code blocks, embed blocks, code injection but cannot get the booking tool to display on the main site. Any ideas how to resolve this would be great.
