Mobile booking issue with “make reoccurring” appts auto scrolling clients to blank screen

The drop-down option “select and make reoccurring” is something my clients want to use to book classes weeks in advance, however, there is a huge viewing issue when you select this option from an iPhone. The system takes you to a page that appears to be an empty screen as the system automatically pushes the user to the bottom of the screen, and the scroll bar is not easily visible. Clients think it is a system error, get frustrated and give up. How do we fix this issue to ensure the expected user experience?
