Custom Form "Add to Cart" Button

I created a service product and added the custom form requesting information from the customer. When I look from the online side, I click the "add to cart button" and the custom form pops up but the "Add to cart" button does not appear on the pop up unless you scroll over it.

I am trying to make the add to cart button a visible color. 

I have tried everything.

Add this to Design > Custom CSS div.lightbox-inner input.button { background-color: var(--primaryButtonBackgroundColor) !important; color: black !important; }

    color: black !important;
}
