Exclude discount code from one store page

Hello, 

I have a jewelry shop that I would like to provide discounts for but EXCLUDE any code for my fine jewelry collection within the site. 

Currently, my shop is set up like this: 

I have a "shop" folder page in my header where I built different store pages for earrings, necklaces, best sellers, etc. so that when a user selects "shop" in the header they can navigate through these pages. Within these pages I have subcategories (for example: earrings - hoop earrings, pearl earrings, etc.) therefore I do not want to change the setup. I then have a separate store page called "fine jewelry" that I want to exclude all discounts. 

From what I understand - I can create a discount code for a specific product category but that only allows me to select one page and not all. Is there a code that I can use to exclude this page from eligible discounts?
