DanielleRose21 Posted March 31 Share Posted March 31 I've been having issues with the Scheduling part of my website recently, so much so that I'm considering switching my website over to another Host if I can't get this fixed. My clients typically will book classes once a week, and almost all of them have complained about two things: 1. Autoscrolling to the bottom of the page when they choose what time they'd like 2. The number of times offered (It should be blocks like 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, etc.) I'm not sure how to fix either of these and I've tried everything I can think of. chloewoodnis Posted April 10 Share Posted April 10 Hello! I can help with question 2 I think! Go to "Business Settings" -> "Availability" -> "Global Availability Limits" -> "Start Time Intervals". It looks like the default is "Automatically based on your appointment type durations", and it seems like something may have gotten changed to "Every 1+ Minutes" instead. If you change your settings here, it should show normal likes like 3pm, 4pm, etc. Let me know if this helps! Link to comment
