I want to change only the title to italics in the quotes section.

I have been trying to edit the text within the quotes section so that only the title is italic. Does anyone know the custom-CSS for this? 

Instead of using a quote block, use a text block with the "quote" option; The word quote will not appear on your site.

You can target any word to change to italics or bold. The background option will also work with a text block.
