Adjusting Spacing between product info and 'related product'

Hi,

I'm looking to add some space between the bottom of the product image and the 'related products' section (see squiggled area). Is there some CSS code I can add to my site?

Also, would be great if possible to reduce the image size of the products in that recommended field.
